1/2" conduit. Because the Network/Power cables are pre-assembled with the RJ45 plugs and power plugs, the cable ends will be a tighter fit than the cable but 1/2" conduit is generally large enough (1/2" conduit has an inner diameter of at least 0.6").
If you will be running two or more Network/Power cables, consider using 3/4" conduit.
